Hartner’s Partners - Sponsorship Opportunities
Businesses and Families are invited to sponsor!

All proceeds will be used to benefit two memorial scholarships:
The St. Andrews Presbyterian College Equestrian Scholarship
and
The Topsail High School Scholarship.

The Audience: Your company will get brand awareness and leads from an affluent audience of horse enthusiasts. St. Andrews Presbyterian Equestrian team and many other equestrian teams from around the Coastal NC and SC area are confirmed to compete in this memorial event. (See “Participants” page.)

Tricky Tray Baskets

“Tricky Tray” Baskets - combination raffle/auction; ticket purchasers can choose baskets they wish to bid on. The raffles will take place in the Convention Center at the Exhibition Center. Product donations and gift certificates will be used to create a themed basket. A rack containing business cards of all of the donors will be prominently positioned. Or your company can provide a complete themed basket that contains your company’s products—themes include gardening, horse care products, health care products, etc. Your company brochures can accompany the basket, available for all of the viewers.

Auction

Auction
Large ticket items that will be auctioned both on line and at the event—items could include ski trip packages (one sponsor has already made this generous donation); a guitar autographed by the Eagles (this donation has already been made); saddles; vacation packages; golf clubs; horse back riding lessons; etc. Products will be featured in the auction center and the auction announcements made throughout the day will include the company name and information

Product Showcase Opportunities
Space for RV, horse trailers, trucks, boats, and other motored “necessities” to demonstrate their products and interact with customers--$100.00 (negotiable based on space requirements.)
