We need your help to make this worthwhile event wildly successful.
Please help us honor Alex and benefit all those whose lives will be positively impacted by the memorial scholarships.

We welcome high school students fulfilling curriculum requirements for community service and volunteer hours. If enough students from a school volunteer, we will provide buses from the school to the event.

All volunteers will receive a “Hartner Partner” pin.

Hartner’s Partners Wish List

• Working the “Alex Hartner Merchandise” booths
• Selling sponsorships to local merchants (sponsor packages will be provided)
• Handing out flyers at other horse show events happening in the area (flyers will be provided)
• Contacting local stables to let them know about the event and encouraging them to bring participants (packages will be provided)
• Contacting high school administrators to encourage them to solicit volunteers at their schools (information packages will be provided)
